1. Tehran Attractions, Golestan Palace
Golestan Palace is located near the Grand Bazaar in Tehran. The palaces and buildings in this complex are decorated with striking Iranian decorations and painted tiles.
Golestan Palace is the most important attraction in Tehran and consists of Talare Ayeneh (Mirror Hall), Negar Khaneh (Iranian Painting Gallery), Shams Ol-Emareh, Takhte Marmar (Marble Throne), Talare Salam (Salam Hall), Khalvate Karim Khani (Karim Khani Privacy), etc., which show the artistic architectural style of Iran. This palace was the winter accommodation of the kings.

2. Tehran Attractions, The Saadabad Palace
This historic Tehran attraction is located in the north of Tehran close to the mountains. Saadabad Palace covers more than 110 hectares and enjoys beautiful natural atmosphere. Saadabad Palace was the summer accommodation of the Qajar and Pahlavi kings, and the complex includes the Green Palace, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Nations Museum, the Military Museum, etc.

4. Tehran Attractions, Treasury of National Jewels
The Treasury of National Jewels or the Jewelry museum is located in the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The collection of different kinds of amazing and unique jewels is exhibited there. The jewels and the objects decorated with jewels can be considered as signs of ancient Iranian culture.

5. Tehran Attractions, The Moghaddam House
This museum is located in the center of Tehran. It is remarkable not only for the splendid architecture of the house but also for the Valuables, artifacts and things, gathered by Dr. Moghaddam and his French wife when they came back to Iran after studying in Europe. Dr. Moghaddam was one of the two sons of a high-rank governor and inherited this luxuries Qajar era house from his father.

Masoudieh Palace, Also called Emarat-e Masoudieh, is a historic palace located near the Baharestan Square in Tehran and includes charming buildings and a garden that provides comfort to its visitors. Recently, a public traditional coffee shop serves wonderful drinks and beverages in the garden. The reflection of the colorful crystals on the floor and the tables, make a magical atmosphere in the palace.

7. Tehran Attractions, National Museum of Iran
A museum with a great history and full of pottery, engraved stones from Persepolis, coins and many objects, found since ancient times in different places in Iran. The structure of the building of the museum is designed by a French architect, André Godard, following the Sasanid era architecture principles.

8. Tehran Attractions, Negarestan Garden and Museum
it is a valuable historical site, built approximately 210 years ago in the Qajar era, a garden with an amazing view of trees, ponds, fountains and a monument, used as a museum these days. Finding peace and tranquility in addition to history makes everyone feel attracted in this environment.

10. Tehran Attractions, Abgineh Museum (Museum of Glassware and Ceramics)
Priceless vases and ceramics with more than 3000 years gathered in an octagonal monument, built in the Qajar period. Not only the building, but also things and museum objects attract everyone's attention.

11. Tehran Attractions, Clock Museum

13. Tehran Attractions, Azadi Tower
One of the symbols of Tehran is an upside-down Y-shaped monument, built in 1971. Azadi Tower is a combination of Iranian and modern architecture, and It is also good to know that there are museums, under and at the top of the tower.

14. Tehran Attractions, Nature Bridge (Tabiat Bridge)
This bridge works as a connection between two parks, Taleghani and Ab-o-Atash (Water and Fire), which are separated by a road. This bridge is famous for its unique construction and spectacular view, on three floors with many restaurants and cafes.

1. Tehran Attractions, Darband
One of the natural attractions of Tehran, which is known for the variety of restaurants and a beautiful mountain that creates wonderful and pleasant memories for people. Darband is moderate during summer, very beautiful in spring and autumn, and very cold and sometimes snow-covered in winter.

2. Tehran Attractions, Darakeh
One of the best trails to climb mountains, rest and find tranquility and peace with many traditional restaurants and coffee shops is Darakeh. A town near Tehran, but far from the crowd and pollution of the capital city.

3. Tehran Attractions, Kolakchal
A mountain between the mountains of Alborz that encourages hikers and mountaineers to conquer it. In comparison with Darband and Darakeh where people go to enjoy the views, fresh air and to eat food, Kolakchal is attractive for beginner mountaineers who take the challenge of climbing a mountain.

5. Tehran Attractions, Jamshidieh Park
Jamshidieh is one of the oldest parks in Tehran, near the mountains in the northern part of the city with different artificial elements, such as statues and artificial waterfalls. This park works as a path for those who decide to climb mountains.

6. Tehran Attractions, Mellat Park
At the beginning of its use, this park was famous as a place for dating and many couples used to meet there. The vast area with centuries-old trees demonstrates the age of this park. The other interesting issue about this place is that on Vali-e Asr street, in front of the park gate, you can find giant ice creams.

7. Tehran Attractions, Saei Park
The construction of this park lasted more than 10 years and is titled after Karim Saei, who played a great role in the construction of this incredible green area. The animal cages next to their sculptures have changed the appearance of the park.

8. Tehran Attractions, Velenjak (Bame-e Tehran)
As you walk through the summit of Tochal, you will find a spectacular view of all of Tehran. So many entertainment complexes, restaurants, cafes attract young people to spend their free time in Bame-e Tehran.

9. Tehran Attractions, Chitgar Lake (Lake of the Persian Gulf)
A man-made artificial lake, located in the western part of Tehran, also called Lake of the Persian Gulf in honor of the Persian Gulf Martyrs. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, entertainments and a walking pass around the lake.

There are many other parks known as Laleh, Nakhjir, Nahj al-Balaghe, Goftegoo, etc., in addition to Lavizan, Shian, Sorkhe Hesar and the Chitgar forest parks.
